Whether you are enrolling in the Elementary Department, Integrated High School, or College Department, our Admissions Office is here to assist you throughout the enrollment process.
Applicants are encouraged to prepare the following documents:
PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Report Card (SF9)
Good Moral Certificate (if applicable)
Two (2) recent 2×2 ID photographs
New students and transferees may be required to submit:
PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Report Card (SF9)
Good Moral Certificate
Certificate of Transfer (for transferees)
Two (2) recent 2×2 ID photographs
Incoming freshmen, transferees, and returning students may prepare the following:
PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Senior High School Report Card or Transcript of Records (for transferees)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
Two (2) recent 2×2 ID photographs
Additional requirements may be requested depending on the program or applicant's status.
Visit the Admissions or Registrar's Office.
Submit the required admission documents.
Complete the evaluation and assessment of your records.
Proceed with payment of school fees at the Finance Office.
Complete your enrollment and receive your class schedule.
Enrollment schedules are announced through the College's official communication channels prior to the opening of each academic year.
